During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• A valid, actively accessed email address

• Bets placed during a known technical issue or an obvious display error may be voided by dv188, with stakes returned to the member's account balance.

• For sports and e-sports betting, bet outcomes are determined by the official results issued by the relevant event governing body.

Dv188 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and/or appropriate legal action:

• Identity fraud – registering using another person's identity or false information
• Duplicate accounts – holding more than one dv188 account under any circumstances
• Money laundering – using the dv188 platform for money laundering or illicit fund processing purposes
• Bug exploitation — intentionally exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the system for unauthorised gain
• Collusion — colluding with other players to cheat in poker or other multiplayer games
• Use of automated software – using bots, scripts, or any third-party software to automate gameplay or betting without dv188's explicit consent
• Bonus abuse – registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to accumulate bonuses or promotions beyond your entitled allocation
• Threats or harassment – threatening or harassing dv188 support staff or other members

Dv188 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age
• Failure to provide identity verification documents upon request
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies
• Voluntary request by the member themselves (including self-exclusion requests)

Members may also close their dv188 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance (not subject to outstanding rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the original deposit method.

Dv188 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, dv188 does not guarantee that access to the platform will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Dv188 shall not be held liable for:

Dv188's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding bonus funds.
